1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order on this website.

2. Products, pricing and images

• All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by such an error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including items being out of stock, a payment issue, suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you to your original payment method.

4. Order cancellations

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee. Shipping and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Abyss & Fin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.

9. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
